We are excited to share that the IDiA lab group had two abstracts accepted to the SNO2023 Annual Meeting in Vancouver!
Dr. Apoorva Safai, postdoctoral research associate, will be sharing her work, “Comparison of traditional and advanced deep-learning patient specific registration methods in preserving tumor habitat in Glioblastoma tumors: a preliminary study.”
Andres Sandino, graduate research intern (who will soon be starting his PhD with us and UW-Madison BME), will be presenting on, “Automatic segmentation of distinct glioblastoma hallmarks on digitized H&E slides via deep learning: Curation of a large multi-institutional cohort.”
Congratulations, Apoorva and Andres!
